It is truly a magnificent four level villa on the beach with every imaginable amenity.All 6 bedroom suites have unobstructed ocean views. Bali meets Mexican Hacienda, with a seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle.Two level pool including an upper wading pool, 15 foot slide, and lower pool big enough for lapping; and a Jacuzzi that can hold up to 12.There are 7 dining areas including the 3 bars, 4 of which are outside.The lighting ambiance has amazing alternatives.For outdoor entertaining, the palapa bar has a large barbeque with side burners, a beverage center, ice maker, and there are speakers throughout the outdoor area, with over 25 speakers in total throughout the villa.The area we're in is extremely tranquil and you will see very few people on the beach.Very private.

25 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the traditional Mexican town of San Jose del Cabo which offers truly world class dining.adjacent to the new Puerto Los Cabos marina, which offers competitively priced golf 5 minutes away with 9 Greg Norman holes and 9 Jack Nicklaus holes; and the marina itself is 8 minutes away with boating and fishing charter availability. 45 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, and 20 minutes from Palmilla.
